Flowery Lunchtime Walk and Talk

See the vibrant colors of annual flowers in bloom across the �þ��ҹ��ӰԺ��ѹۿ� Campus on Thursday, July 14, at noon. One of the knowledgeable employees from University Facilities Management will lead this walk.

Walk and Talks are a great opportunity to get some exercise, meet your co-workers and learn and see more of our beautiful campus.

Meet at the Black Squirrel statue between the University Library and the �þ��ҹ��ӰԺ��ѹۿ� Student Center at noon. The walk will begin at 12:10 p.m.

No registration is required. Comfortable shoes are encouraged.

Adjustment to December 2025/January 2026 Closure Schedule

Dear �þ��ҹ��ӰԺ��ѹۿ� Faculty and Staff,

�þ��ҹ��ӰԺ��ѹۿ� State has made a minor revision to its winter closure schedule for the current year. The university will close as previously scheduled on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, at 10:30 p.m., with offices now set to re-open on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.

Important Information and Next Steps

Thank you for being engaged this Open Enrollment season. Maybe you took a few minutes to just review your benefit plans or maybe there were important changes to make and you took the time and opportunity to do so. With that being said, we had over a 77% participation rate in Open Enrollment.

Over the next few weeks, the Benefits team will be finalizing the Open Enrollment process and completing tasks to ensure all updates are in place for a Jan. 1, 2026 effective date.
