¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ at East Liverpool held its annual nursing pinning ceremony May 10, during which 34 students were recognized for receiving degrees this year through the associate degree in nursing (ADN) program. Dr. Christina Riter, academic program director for the ADN program, presented the 2016 class of graduates, while nursing faculty members presented the students’ pins. Commencement ceremonies were held May 13 for the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State Salem Campus. Dr. Steve Nameth, dean of the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State Columbiana County Campuses, presided over the event, along with Dr. Celeste Oprean, assistant dean for the Salem Campus. An incredible milestone for many was celebrated on the evening of May 11 during the International Graduate Student Reception, which was held in the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ Student Center Ballroom to accommodate the numerous international graduates who were in attendance as well as their family and friends.
