¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State Board of Trustees Approves Special Graduate Surcharge Rate for Non-Ohio Residents
Non-Ohio students now have a new incentive to stay in Ohio for graduate school. During a special meeting conducted electronically Thursday, the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ Board of Trustees approved the near elimination of the additional charge for out-of-state tuition for new graduate students who have earned an undergraduate degree from an Ohio institution of higher education.

At its Dec. 4 meeting, the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State Board of Trustees approved the construction of the university’s first parking deck.

¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´â€™s long-standing relationship with the Tuscarawas County University Branch District to administer the Tuscarawas Campus of ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State will continue through June 30, 2030, in a new 10-year agreement approved by the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State Board of Trustees.

¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State Board of Trustees Approves New Collective Bargaining Agreement Covering Tenured and Tenure-Track Faculty
The ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ Board of Trustees on Wednesday unanimously approved a new collective bargaining agreement with the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State Chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP-KSU), which represents tenured and tenure-track faculty.
