Takeoff to Tranquility
The College of Aeronautics and Engineering unveiled a new way for the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State community to relax, destress and get themselves back into the proper headspace. The Mind Space is designed to be an oasis of tranquility accessible to all. It's a personalized and holistic focus to help everyone on campus be successful.

¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ concluded the first week of fall classes with a series of events designed to welcome students back to campus. KSU Kickoff continued with Late Night at the Library. Students socialized over free pizza and Handel's ice cream while enjoying a live DJ, dance party, games and giveaways.

Kicking Off the Fall Semester With Pride
Before classes began for Fall Semester 2024, the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender and Queer Plus (LGBTQ+) Center welcomed the university's LGBTQ+ community back to campus with a Fall Kickoff event.

Rally towels, strobe lights and the Marching Golden Flashes added to the celebration on Aug. 16, when ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ welcomed its Class of 2028 with a rocking pep rally at the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center.
Fulbright Scholars at ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ State for American Higher Education Immersion
For the past month, ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ has hosted 37 international graduate students as part of the Fulbright Pre-Academic Program, a monthlong immersion in American higher education and culture. The group, from 26 countries, arrived on the ¾Ã¾ÃÎçÒ¹ÐßÐßÓ°ÔºÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ Campus on July 21 and was scheduled to depart on Aug. 17 to begin their graduate programs at universities throughout the country.
